Issue/Feedback:

Overall it is a good bank to deal with and specifically for us it was the
outstanding service given by our local branch staff.

Their systems are easy to use and the branch staff themselves are extremely
helpful and highly customer focused.

One issue is that if your account becomes overdrawn or you are even
slightly behind on your credit/loan repayments, you will be inundated with
calls from overseas call centres harassing you - regardless of whether you
have already contacted the bank to discuss the issue. The overseas call
centre agents do not appear to check any previous correspondence between
yourself and the bank and contact you at abnormal hours to discuss the
issue and demand explanations. This harassment brings their overall score
down.

N/A

Conclusion: Overall good bank for the average personal and business
banking customer.

Recommendation(s):

Whilst under the banner of being owned by one of the big four banks,
it certainly outperforms others at times.
